Creative Journey

I've always been deeply inspired by artists whose work transcends time and medium. The bold, vibrant strokes of Van Gogh and Frida Kahlo remind me to completely embrace emotion on the canvas, while Gaudi's architectural magic encourages me to experiment with collage and texture. When I look at their techniques, I don't just see art, I see a raw reflection of passion and individuality. Exploring these diverse styles feeds directly into my own work, giving me the creative freedom to blend influences and just start painting.

Colourful Expression & achieving sustainability in my Art

Each piece reflects my passion for unexpected colour combinations & sometimes repurposing old materials, showcasing the beauty of creativity without limits and the joy of unplanned artistic exploration.

Below are some moments of my own art, inspiration from others and appreciating beautiful moments in nature

Projects I have worked on recently...

I painted a special piece for a dear friend, featuring a hummingbird from Peru as she wanted to remember a special moment she had with a hummingbird during her travels

I've also been working on illustrations for a children's poetry book featuring the imagination of a child's day from going to school to washing hands to dinner time. These paintings included whimsical & imaginative visuals using a variation of handpainted pieces and illustrative software. This is in the process for being published with the lovely poet Tania Christie, watch this space for updates!

I also create hand-painted bookmarks and was recently commissioned to paint some flowers with the names of the people they were gifting to

I painted a wedding gift for a lovely couple who had fond memories of travelling in Bali and wanted to bring this to life in a painting

I also painted a mural for Beetroot lover's!

...and an Orca tile!

Another commission of some hand painted bookmarks featuring some lovely spring, summer and winter flowers.

I am also selling my cards and bookmarks at Parades End Bookstore on Ham Parade in London,UK with new designs coming in weekly - go check them out!

I also painted a kew gardens palm house, which is now available as a print!
