Creative Journey
Throughout my artistic journey, I have found immense inspiration in the works of renowned artists whose expressions transcend time and medium. The bold, vibrant strokes of Van Gogh and Frida Kahlo remind me to embrace emotion in my own pieces, whilst GaudĂ's art encourages me to introduce collage. As I study their techniques, I see not just art but a reflection of passion & individuality. This exploration of diverse styles feeds into my own paintings, allowing me to blend influences and put paint to canvas.

Recent Projects I have worked on in 2025...
Over the past few months, I've been immersing myself in various artistic projects that bring me joy and challenge my creativity.
I recently painted a special piece for a dear friend, featuring a hummingbird from Peru, capturing its delicate beauty and vibrant colors.
I've also been working on illustrations for a children's poetry book featuring the imagination of going to school from washing hands to dinner time, which allows me to explore whimsical & imaginative visuals. This is in process for being published, watch this space for updates! I used a variation of paints and illustrative software.
I also create hand-painted bookmarks and was recently commissioned to paint some flowers with the names of the people they were gifting to.
I painted a wedding gift for a couple who had fond memories of travelling in Bali and wanted to bring this to life in a painting :)
I also painted a mural for a Beetroot lover!
...and a final project was painting some Orca's onto a tile for a gift from a loved one!
...and of course I always love painting Frida Kahlo
